• 6 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
• 2 tablespoon honey
• 70 g mano (s)
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a tall container and mix thoroughly with the hand blender.
2. The dressing goes well with a mixed salad with mango strips and gratinated goat cheese.
