Ingredients

  • 1 kg mango (s), fresh (weighed without pit and peel)
  • 3 lime (s)
  • 1 packet preserving sugar, 2:

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and remove the stone, puree the pulp.
  2. Squeeze the limes and add the juice with the squeezed pulp to the mango puree.
  3. Stir in the preserving sugar and let it steep for about 30 minutes, then boil for 4 minutes and fill into glasses while hot.
