Ingredients

  • 2 small can Mango (s), cut into wedges (drained weight 5 g)
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 4 tablespoon orange liqueur
  • Mint for decorating

Instructions

  1. Drain the mangoes well and cut into small cubes.
  2. Puree half of the mangoes with the mascarpone, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  3. Simply fold the remaining mango cubes into the cream and place in a bowl.
  4. The cream should be placed in the refrigerator until serving.
  5. Depending on your taste, pour a little orange liqueur over it and garnish with the mint leaves.
  6. Tip: If you want to take care of your hips, you can use low-fat quark instead of mascarpone.
  7. The cream can also be prepared the evening before for the next barbecue party.
