Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and remove the pulp from the stone. It is best to cut into small squares after peeling and then cut across the core from right to left with the knife. This is the best way to loosen the pulp. Carefully rinse the raspberries very briefly. Then put all the ingredients together in the mixer and mix for approx. 40 - 60 seconds.
  2. Keeps in the refrigerator for 2 days. As an alternative to the coconut drink, you can also use coconut flakes soaked overnight and water or coconut water.
