Ingredients- 700 g mano (s) (net weiht)
- 250 grams sugar
- 2 lemon (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Puree the mango fruit. Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice on the mango fruit, add sugar and salt and stir well.
- Then put everything together in the running ice cream machine.
- When the ice has set, pour it into pre-chilled containers and let it set a little more in the freezer.
