Ingredients

  • 700 g mano (s) (net weiht)
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 2 lemon (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Puree the mango fruit. Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice on the mango fruit, add sugar and salt and stir well.
  2. Then put everything together in the running ice cream machine.
  3. When the ice has set, pour it into pre-chilled containers and let it set a little more in the freezer.
