Ingredients

  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 150 ml crème fraîche
  • 2 orange (s), juice it
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • food starch
  • 1 slice / n pumpernickel, depending on size
  • 1 mango (s)
  • 25 ml orange juice
  • Lemon balm, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the sour cream with the crème fraiche and the orange juice, the honey and the pulp of the vanilla pod in a bowl with the mixer. Thicken with the cornstarch or other vegetable binding agent. Crumble 2 slices of pumpernickel into small pieces. Peel and core the mango, cut the pulp into small cubes and mix with the pumpernickel. Flavor with the orange juice and serve alternately with the sour cream in a taller glass. Garnish with lemon balm at the end.
