Ingredients

  • 1 mango (s), ripe
  • 250 g yourt, 10% fat
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 250 g whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the stone and roughly dice. Finely puree the mango, yoghurt and sugar with a hand blender. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mango yoghurt.
  2. Now you either put the mixture in an ice cream maker or distribute it into small (cardboard) cups of about 100 ml and freeze it covered for 4-5 hours.
