Ingredients
For the dough:
- 280 g blueberries
- 300 grams flour
- 110 g suar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 350 ml buttermilk
- 60 ml olive oil
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla sugar)
For the sprinkles:
- 70 grams flour
- 50 g oatmeal
- 70 grams sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 6 tablespoon butter

- Knead the flour, oat flakes, sugar, cinnamon and butter to make crumbles. Wash the blueberries, drain them and cover with 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour in a bowl.
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt well in a bowl. In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, olive oil, eggs and vanilla sugar together. Slowly stir in the flour mixture. Finally fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into muffin molds and spread the crumble on top. Bake the whole thing at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
