Ingredients

  • 4 slices toast
  • 4 pork medallions
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon bacon cubes
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped herbs, frozen, mixed
  • 2 slices raclette cheese or mountain cheese
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion and mushrooms into small cubes. Heat the butter in a pan and brown the onion. Add the bacon and mushrooms and fry with them. Season with pepper and add the herbs. Put everything in a bowl. Toast the bread now.
  2. Lightly plate the medallions, season with salt and pepper and turn in flour. In the same pan, heat a little butter or oil again, fry the medallions briefly on both sides and take them out again.
  3. Place two slices of bread next to each other per serving, place two medallions on top and spread the onion-mushroom mixture on top. Place the cheese on top and bake in the oven at approx. 180 ° C for approx. 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with a salad.
