Instructions

  1. Grease the muffin pan well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or put paper cases in it.
  2. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core and dice.
  3. Mix the butter, salt, vanilla sugar and 150 g brown sugar until frothy. Stir in the eggs one at a time, as well as 4 tablespoon yogurt.
  4. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve and mix with the remaining ingredients until everything is just moist.
  5. Remove half of the dough and stir in the apple cubes. Stir in 25 g of sugar, cocoa, 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 50 g of chopped chocolate into the remaining dough.
  6. Fill the hollows halfway with light batter. Spread the dark dough on top.
  7. Bake at 150 ° C (convection, preheated) for about 30 minutes.
  8. Let cool and decorate with the rest of the melted chocolate.
  9. Notes: In addition, 25 g of chopped almonds can be lifted under the light dough.
  10. If the dough seems a little too thick, the amount of yoghurt can be increased.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
