Put the pieces of chocolate in a bowl, mix with the diced butter and place in a water bath. Stir the chocolate mass on low heat until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
Beat eggs with sugar in another bowl.
Pour chocolate into the egg mixture, add sifted flour and vanilla extract. Stir well until a homogeneous brown mass is formed.
We line the heat-resistant mold (walls and bottom) with baking paper and fill with chocolate dough.
Knead the cream cheese with a fork, put the yolk, sugar, salt. Stir and add vanilla extract.
Put a creamy mass on the surface of the dark dough with a tablespoon. With the handle of a spoon on the chocolate dough, draw white “stars”, as if spreading the light dough over the dark, without mixing. Minutes 35 – 40 in a preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees. We leave the finished cake overnight. The next day, cut the brownies into portions and place them on a platter.
