Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 375 grams flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 100 ml milk, possibly a little more
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoon Nutella
  • 4 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 1 glass sour cherries
  • Fat for the shape
  • possibly powdered sugar for dusting
  • possibly cake icing (chocolate icing)

Instructions

  1. Drain the cherries. Mix the butter, sugar and salt until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder, stir in and add the milk. If the dough is too firm, just add a little more milk.
  2. Halve the dough. Mix the Nutella and cocoa powder under half, the desiccated coconut under the others. First pour the dark dough into a greased springform pan and then spread the light dough on top.
  3. Pull the dough through in a spiral shape with a fork and finally place the cherries on the dough and press lightly. Bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. If you like, you can dust the cake with powdered sugar or cover it with chocolate.
