  • 125 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • some rum
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter until fluffy. Stir in flour, baking powder and milk. Fold in the egg whites. Share mass. Stir in half of the cocoa and rum. Pour alternately light and dark mass into a Gugelhupf pan. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
