Ingredients

For the dough: (light)

  • 100 g mararine
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 175 g flour
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 ml water

For the dough: (dark)

  • 50 g mararine
  • 40 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 85 grams flour
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 50 ml water

Instructions

  1. Make both doughs by mixing all the ingredients together.
  2. For each waffle put 1.5 tablespoon light batter and 0.5 tablespoon dark batter into the waffle iron. The waffle iron mixes the batter by itself.
  3. My children always make little blobs. It looks like cow stains then.
  4. Bake waffles according to the instructions on the waffle iron. I always bake on the medium setting.
