Marbled Beef Stew

by Editorial Staff

Marble meat is a real delicacy. It is because of the fatty mesh inside the meat fibers that it is called marbled. It turns out to be very juicy and tender when cooked correctly. Try it!

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Beef tenderloin – 500 grams
  • Onions – 2 Pieces
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Vegetable oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt, pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Rinse the beef and cut into sticks across the fat fibers. This will make it softer as it cooks.
  2. Put the meat in a skillet with heated oil, fry it until golden brown, stirring constantly.
  3. Cut the carrots into slices, cut the onions into half rings.
  4. Put the fried meat and vegetables into a cauldron or a saucepan, add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add a liter of water, simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes.

Bon appetit!
