  • 2 stalks mint
  • 1 slice (s) ginger, fresh, about the size a fingertip
  • 1 liter boiling water

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry and remove the thyme and mint from the stalks. Roughly chop the mint and sage. Dice the ginger.
  2. Boil the ingredients in a saucepan with the water for one minute and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
  3. Strain and enjoy hot. Sweeten with brown sugar or honey as desired.
  4. Also tastes cold.
