Ingredients
- 6 leaves sage
- 3 stalks thyme
- 2 stalks mint
- 1 slice (s) ginger, fresh, about the size a fingertip
- 1 liter boiling water

- Wash, dry and remove the thyme and mint from the stalks. Roughly chop the mint and sage. Dice the ginger.
- Boil the ingredients in a saucepan with the water for one minute and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy hot. Sweeten with brown sugar or honey as desired.
- Also tastes cold.
