Marinade for Barbecue “Lemon”

A very tasty recipe for marinating meat. Lemon juice combined with plenty of onion gives excellent results.

Cook: 15 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Meat (pork, lamb, veal) – 1 kg
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 0.5 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Red pepper – to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Turmeric – to taste
  • Curry – to taste

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the meat.
  2. Cut the meat into portions. Fold into a bowl.
  3. Peel the onion, wash, cut into thin rings.
  4. Wash the lemon, remove the zest with a grater.
  5. Lightly salt the meat. Add spices and lemon zest.
  6. Mix well. Layout the onions. While stirring, knead the onion with your hands until the juice is abundant. Squeeze juice from lemon, pour over meat.
  7. Mix everything well. Cover the meat, marinate in the refrigerator for 2-12 hours. Fry the kebab in the usual way.
