Ingredients

  • 10 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 chilli pepper (jalapeño)
  • 2 tablespoons mint, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the meat (wash it off with cold water and dry it, remove skin and tendons if necessary) and portion it.
  2. Cut the chilli pepper into fine rings and finely chop the mint. Peel the garlic cloves and cut in half lengthways. Remove the inner germ of the garlic cloves and crush the cloves in the garlic press. Put all ingredients in a freezer bag and mix together. Add the meat and mix with the marinade. To do this, move the freezer bag at intervals and cover the meat with the marinade and let it steep (at least 3 hours). Now grill the meat as usual.
