Ingredients
Chicken fillet (or turkey fillet) β 150 g
Cheese β 100 g
Flour β 135 g
Eggs β 2 pcs.
Olive oil β 75 ml
Milk β 75 ml
Baking dough β 1.5 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar β 25 ml
Garlic to taste
Dill β to taste
Ground black pepper β to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
Cooking for 2-3 people. Cut 150 g chicken (or turkey) fillet into medium-sized pieces. Salt and pepper to taste, add 25 ml of balsamic vinegar and grated garlic to taste. Leave to marinate for an hour.
While the chicken is marinating, prepare the chicken and cheese snack cake batter. In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, 75 ml of milk and 75 ml of olive oil. Whisk. Add 135 g of flour (sifting) and 1.5 tablespoons of baking powder. Mix, set aside. We grate 100 g of your favorite cheese, add to the dough. Cut a little dill (or a lot β according to your taste) and add to the dough too. We mix.
When the chicken is marinated, fry it in vegetable or olive oil. The degree of roast also depends on your taste. After frying, remove the chicken on a plate and let cool slightly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Add the cooled chicken to the dough. The dough remains to be salt (not forgetting about the salted cheese in the dough), pepper.
We spread the dough in a mold greased with vegetable or olive oil. We send to the oven and bake a snack cake with cheese and chicken until a dry match.
