Ingredients

  • 1 kg cherry tomato (s)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon cane sugar, brown
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, mild
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • sea-salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, circulating air 180 degrees.
  2. Rinse tomatoes, pat dry and cut in half. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and season with the oil, sugar, vinegar, sea salt and pepper. The ingredients can also be mixed beforehand.
  3. Rinse and dry the rosemary, strip the needles from the branches and chop them into small pieces. Sprinkle over the tomatoes.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove the tomatoes and decorate with sprigs of rosemary. Serve lukewarm or cold.
