  • 1 chicken, (about kg)
  • 2 lemon (s)
  • 4 chilli pepper (s), dried
  • 8 leaves sage
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • salt
  • Pepper, a.d. Mill

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken on the breast side (poultry scissors). Press flat, place on a piece of aluminum foil.
  2. Mix the juice of 1 lemon with the olive oil, salt and pepper well. Core the chili peppers and chop them into tiny pieces. Cut the sage leaves (sage fans can also use up to 10 leaves) into fine strips. Stir into the marinade with the chilli peppers.
  3. Pour the marinade on both sides of the chicken and rub in. Wrap in aluminum foil and marinate for 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the chicken in foil on a baking sheet. Open the foil at the top and fold it to the side. Then fry in the oven for about 90 minutes until crispy. Garnish with lemon wedges. White bread with it.
