Ingredients

  • 4 small turkey schnitzel
  • 5 tablespoon sauce (teriyaki sauce) or dark soy sauce
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 packet lamb`s lettuce
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 150 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey schnitzel into strips and marinate in teriyaki sauce in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Wash the lamb`s lettuce well, cut the bell pepper into strips and the onion into rings, serve in portions with the corn and lamb`s lettuce on large plates.
  2. Make the marinade from mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, oil, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, finely chopped garlic and sugar - if necessary, dilute with milk or water if it is too creamy.
  3. Fry the turkey strips in the pan until light brown, seasoning with salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the salad and finally the fried turkey strips on top. White bread or ciabatta goes well with it.
