- 1 large cucumber (s)
- salt
- 1 small onion (s), red
- 1 tablespoon vinegar, (raspberry vinegar)
- 6 tablespoon heavy cream
- some ground pepper
- some sugar
- possibly salt
- 0.5 ½ bunch dill

- Peel the cucumber and thinly slice or slice it. Salt lightly, knead and let steep for about 15 minutes. Pour off the resulting liquid.
- Finely dice the red onion and add to the cucumber with the raspberry vinegar and cream. Season to taste with a little ground pepper, sugar and, if necessary, a little salt.
- Finely chop the dill and add to the remaining ingredients. Mix in well and leave to stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
