Marshmallow dessert with banana, kiwi and persimmon is a bright end to the New Year’s or any other festive table!
Ingredients
Marshmallow – 100 g
Fats sour cream (thick) – 200 g
Persimmon (preferably chocolate) – 1 pc.
Kiwi – 1 pc.
Banana – 1 pc.
Walnuts – to taste
Fresh mint – for decoration
Pomegranate – for decoration
Directions
Beat the marshmallows with a blender with sour cream until smooth (take the thickest sour cream).
Cut the fruit into pieces. (It is better to take bananas and kiwis that are not very ripe, so that they are sour and combined with the sweetness of marshmallow cream.)
Lay out the dessert in layers: – banana; – marshmallow sour cream; kiwi; cream; persimmon; cream; finely chopped nuts.
Garnish the marshmallow dessert with fruits and nuts with fresh mint and pomegranate seeds.
