Ingredients

  • 100 g marshmallow (s), white
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 can peach (s), half
  • Vanilla pod (s), ground

Instructions

  1. On the stove, melt the marshmallow in the liquid cream over low heat. Refine with ground vanilla pod as desired. Let the mixture cool down completely. Drain 1 large can of peaches, puree all but two halves for decoration.
  2. Beat the marshmallow mixture a little with the hand mixer and fold in the crème fraîche. Pour two thirds of the cream into 10 dessert glasses. This is best done with a piping bag. Spread the peach puree over the cream and distribute the remaining cream over the peach layer. Garnish with pieces of peach and possibly lemon balm.
  3. If you want to save a few calories, you can use milk instead of whipped cream.
  4. Instead of peaches, other fruit or e.g., Use red fruit jelly.
