Instructions

  1. Heat roughly 100 ml of the whiskey with the sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, and coffee in a saucepan on medium heat or in the microwave, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves completely—about 3–5 minutes. Do not boil. Let cool for 5–10 minutes (or place the pot outside in cold weather to cool faster).
  2. While the mixture cools, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks (semi-stiff consistency).
  3. Stir the egg yolks and remaining roughly 150 ml whiskey into the whipped cream.
  4. Stir in the cooled whiskey-sugar mixture until fully combined. A hand blender or food processor with whisk attachment works well.
  5. Transfer to a serving container and refrigerate immediately. This drink contains raw eggs; keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
