Instructions

  1. For the dough, beat the margarine, sugar and egg until frothy. Crumble the amarettini and mix with the grated almonds, flour, salt and baking powder and knead with the margarine / egg mixture to form a firm dough. If the dough is too soft, add flour.
  2. Line the base and approx. 2 cm edge of a greased springform pan with 2/3 of the dough. Chill the rest. Pre-bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the marzipan into small pieces and place in a bowl with the margarine and sugar, egg yolk and sour cream. Make a fine mixture with the hand blender. (If there is no hand blender available in the household, you can certainly grate the marzipan finely and then mix it with the other ingredients.) Stir in the quark, sour cream, pudding powder and bitter almond oil. Then beat the egg white until stiff and fold in carefully.
  4. Put the mixture on the pre-baked base. Then tear up the cold dough and sprinkle over it.
  5. Bake at 180 ° C in about an hour.
