  • 200 g butter
  • 80 g powdered suar, sifted
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet lemon peel
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 g wheat flour, sifted

Instructions

  1. Cut the marzipan mixture into small pieces and stir together with the butter to a smooth mixture. Gradually stir in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Put the dough in portions in the pastry press. Insert a slice of your choice and press the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Then bake at 170 - 200 ° C (top / bottom heat, hot air: 160-180 ° C) in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
