Ingredients

  • 1 glass sour cherries (large glass)
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 400 g whipped cream, whipped
  • 2 egg (s), separate
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon rum, brown
  • 12 tablespoon amaretto
  • 0.5 bag ½ biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
  • 1 point marzipan (raw mixture)

Instructions

  1. Drain the cherries, catching the juice. Heat the cherry juice in a saucepan and dissolve the marzipan mixture in it. Take the saucepan off the heat, add the cherries and chill.
  2. Mix 2 egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of sugar until foamy, add the mascarpone and rum. Beat the egg white until stiff and the cream until stiff. Add both and carefully fold in.
  3. Roughly chop the amarettini in a freezer bag.
  4. Now layer the mixture in glasses as follows: Mascarpone - cherry mixture - mascarpone - amarettini, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of amaretto - mascarpone - cherries - mascarpone.
  5. Then chill until you eat it - you can also prepare the day before.
  6. Tips: Sprinkle with a few Amarettini before serving. Instead of serving in portion glasses, you can layer the whole thing in a bowl and then serve it.
