Ingredients

  • 200 g marzipan
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 grams flour
  • possibly couverture (semi-bitter), to decorate

Instructions

  1. Mix the marzipan with the 2 egg whites. As soon as the mixture is smooth, gradually stir in the other ingredients. Then stir until there are no more lumps.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the marzipan mixture into a piping bag with a large nozzle and squirt shapes onto the baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 175-200 degrees.
  3. Bake the biscuits for about 15 minutes, they should only be lightly brown. If necessary, dip half of it in semi-bitter couverture to taste.
