Ingredients
- 200 g marzipan
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 50 grams flour
- possibly couverture (semi-bitter), to decorate

- Mix the marzipan with the 2 egg whites. As soon as the mixture is smooth, gradually stir in the other ingredients. Then stir until there are no more lumps.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the marzipan mixture into a piping bag with a large nozzle and squirt shapes onto the baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 175-200 degrees.
- Bake the biscuits for about 15 minutes, they should only be lightly brown. If necessary, dip half of it in semi-bitter couverture to taste.
