Ingredients

  • 300 g biscuit (s) (Cantuccini - Italian almond biscuits)
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoon amaretto
  • 3 peach (s), ripe, fresh, (possibly from the can)
  • 50 g almond (s) (leaves)

Instructions

  1. Line a flat baking dish with the cantuccini biscuits. Mix the mascarpone, egg yolk and amaretto into a cream (if necessary, slightly sweeten). Spread the mixture over the biscuits.
  2. Peel the peaches, cut into wedges and spread on top of the cream.
  3. The dessert has to soak in the fridge overnight so that the almond biscuits are nice and soft.
  4. Just before serving, roast the almond leaves in a pan without fat and spread them over the dessert
