Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), floury boiling, cooked in salted water
  • 150 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ head endive lettuce (approx. 350 g), cut into strips without veins
  • 3 spring onions, cut into rings
  • 2 pinch (s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, light
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • salt
  • White pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Put the drained potatoes in a bowl, add the milk and sour cream, mash with a potato masher and season with pepper.
  2. Mix the lettuce strips and spring onion rings with the sugar, vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper and fold into the mashed potatoes.
