Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes, cook for about 20 minutes. Dice the bacon and onions and leave them in butter or clarified butter. Mash the potatoes, then fold in the bacon and onions. Distribute on deep plates. Make a well in the potato mountain with a spoon and pour buttermilk into it.
  2. A wonderful dish on hot days.
