Mashed Potatoes with Garlic and Cheese

A very aromatic and tasty side dish. You probably haven’t tried such mashed potatoes. Unusual taste, unusual dish and unusual way of cooking. Try it!

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Young potatoes – 5 Pieces
  • Head of garlic – 1 Piece
  • Milk – 1 Glass
  • Butter – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon the spoon
  • Dried rosemary – 1
  • Processed Cheese – To taste
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the head of garlic with a little rosemary, sprinkle with olive oil and wrap in foil.
  2. Then place it in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. When the time is up, peel it and cut it.
  3. Boil the potatoes until tender in boiling water with the addition of dried rosemary.
  4. Then drain the water, add garlic and butter.
  5. Also add milk and grated processed cheese to the pan.
  6. Put everything in a food processor and grind into a smooth paste. Garnish the finished puree with fresh herbs and serve.
