Mashed Potatoes with Garlic and Cheese

- Sprinkle the head of garlic with a little rosemary, sprinkle with olive oil and wrap in foil.
- Then place it in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. When the time is up, peel it and cut it.
- Boil the potatoes until tender in boiling water with the addition of dried rosemary.
- Then drain the water, add garlic and butter.
- Also add milk and grated processed cheese to the pan.
- Put everything in a food processor and grind into a smooth paste. Garnish the finished puree with fresh herbs and serve.
