Mashed Potatoes with Garlic and Pepper

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 500 Grams
  • Milk – 120 Milliliters
  • Garlic Powder – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Lemon Pepper – 0.25 Teaspoons
  • Salt – To taste
  • Hard cheese – To taste
  • Greens – To taste

Directions

  1. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, and then boil in salted water until tender, about 25 minutes.
  2. Then peel the potatoes. Puree it by adding milk.
  3. Then add salt, pepper and garlic. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Serve with grated cheese and herbs to taste.
