Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in plenty of salted water for approx. 20 minutes until soft, then drain. Put the potatoes back in the pan, evaporate the remaining moisture by swirling the pan until the potatoes are whitish and dry.
  2. Mix the milk and cream and let it get hot. Process the potatoes into puree with the whisk of the hand mixer. Gradually pour the cream milk into the potatoes while stirring.
  3. Add the butter until the stick has the desired consistency and stir until the butter has run and the stick is airy and fine. Stir in the rosemary. Season with nutmeg. To taste.
  4. Rosemary potato stick goes well with pork or lamb dishes with sauce.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
