  • 3 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 80 ml water

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the banana into small pieces and immediately drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Puree all ingredients in a small blender, pour into a large glass and enjoy.
  3. Matcha tea powder is also available in packaged 1 g sachets. 1 teaspoon corresponds to this amount. Under no circumstances take any more, otherwise the drink will taste bitter.
