Ingredients

  • 500 ml cream, sweet
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 3 sheets gelatin

Instructions

  1. Remove two tablespoons of milk and stir in the matcha powder until smooth. Heat the rest of the milk with the cream and sugar to just under boiling point.
  2. Soak the gelatine in water, squeeze it out and dissolve it in the no longer boiling cream mixture. Stir in the match milk. Fill into dessert molds and leave to set in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours.
