Ingredients

  • 4 herring fillet (s)
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 8 radishes
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, cut into rolls
  • Lemon juice
  • Pepper, whiter
  • 2 possibly egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Wash the herring fillet, pat dry and dice very small. Peel the shallot, clean the radishes, dice both finely. Drain the cucumber, dice it into small pieces. Mix the prepared ingredients with dill and chives and season with lemon juice and pepper. Chill for about 30 minutes.
  2. If you want, you can also mix in 2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into small pieces like the other ingredients!
  3. In addition, fresh rösties, recipes in abundance on the database or frozen products and 1 tablespoon creme fraiche taste great!
