Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the 1,000 g maultaschen into smaller pieces and add to the hot pan.
  3. Chop the 3 onions and mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces, then add them to the pan.
  4. Fry everything together for 5-7 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until light brown.
  5. Crack the 6 eggs into the pan (or beat them first and pour them in).
  6. Continue frying for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the eggs are cooked through.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
