Instructions

  1. It is best to sear the minced meat in a non-oiled pan. Then fry the grated zucchini very lightly in this pan. In the meantime, cook the Maultaschen according to the manufacturer`s instructions and then layer them with the minced meat in a baking dish (for me the Maultaschen were simply on the minced meat, but you can also cut them into strips beforehand). Bring the water with the instant stock to a boil in a saucepan, then add the milk and let the processed cheese melt in it. Season this sauce with salt, pepper and freshly chopped parsley. After boiling, take the zucchini out of the pan and briefly add it to the sauce. Finally, pour the sauce over the Maultaschen and sprinkle everything with the grated cheese.
  2. Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes with top and bottom heat. When the cheese has melted, the casserole can be enjoyed.
  3. We also like rocket salad, simply dressed, with good balsamic vinegar, olive oil,
  4. Salt and freshly ground pepper.
