Ingredients

  • 4 dumplings
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 pickle (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon sauce powder (gravy)
  • 500 ml water
  • mustard
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion. Heat some oil in a pan. Roast the chopped onion in a pan. Wrap the ham around the dumplings. In addition, mix 500 ml of water in the pot with one tablespoon of gravy and bring to the boil.
  2. Take the fried onions out of the pan and place the wrapped ravioli in the hot pan with oil. Fry on both sides to the desired brownness. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the wrapped dumplings in plates (depending on the size of the plate, take just three dumplings, you can eat too) and pour gravy over them.
  4. Sprinkle with onions and place the four pickles on the Maultaschen and embellish all of them with a drop of mustard.
  5. Very good with this: green salad and dry Riesling.
