Ingredients

  • 2 packs dumplings, approx. 400g each
  • 1 can vegetables (Mexico vegetable mix)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 4 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g meat sausae
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • some cucumber liquid
  • 2 tablespoon tartar sauce or mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • some broth

Instructions

  1. Let Maultaschen steep in broth according to the instructions on the packet. Dice the onion, cut the dumplings into strips, dice the meat sausage, add the vegetables, mix everything together carefully.
  2. Prepare a dressing from wine vinegar, cucumber liquid (possibly a little broth to dilute), mayonnaise, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, pour over the other ingredients, mix carefully and let it steep in the refrigerator.
