Ingredients
- 1 pack dumplings from the refrigerated shelf
- 0.5 ½ bowl rocket
- 0.5 bag ½ / s pine nuts
- 1 packet bacon, diced
- some oil
For the dressing:
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar
- 1 dash olive oil
- 1 bag / s herbs, Italian

- Dice the Maultaschen and fry them in a pan in a little oil until they have a nice, golden color. Turn several times, then place in a bowl and let cool down.
- In the meantime, clean the rocket and add it to the bowl. Then fry the bacon cubes and add them to the bowl. Then roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil until they are lightly browned and fragrant. Then add to the other ingredients in the bowl.
- For the dressing it is best to take a cup or a shaker and pour a good dash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar into it. Add 1 teaspoon of mustard and 1 teaspoon of honey to the liquid, add Italian herbs, shake and pour over the ravioli salad.
