Ingredients
- 150 g rocket or lamb`s lettuce
- 15 tomato (s) (cocktail tomatoes), halved
- 30 g pine nuts
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoon oil (e.g. sunflower oil or other)
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt
- pepper

- Wash the cherry tomatoes and then cut in half or quarter. Wash and drain the lettuce. Put both together in a bowl.
- Mix vinegar, oil, water, sugar, salt and pepper well to make a dressing.
- Spread the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with pine nuts. Finished.
