Ingredients

  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1 peach (s)
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 3 slices Parma ham
  • 1 pepper, medium hot
  • some parmesan

For the dressing:

  • 2 part (s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 part / s balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, hotter
  • Salt and pepper, whiter from the mill

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the spinach thoroughly, arrange on the plate.
  2. Peel and core the peach and cut into small pieces, add.
  3. Wash the spring onions thoroughly, chop finely. Halve the ham slices by hand, add and grate the parmesan. Core the peppers and cut into fine rings.
  4. Vinaigrette: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, clove of garlic, some lemon juice, hot mustard, salt and white pepper from the mill, 1 pinch of sugar - mix everything with the magic wand and spread over the salad.
