Ingredients
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 1 peach (s)
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 3 slices Parma ham
- 1 pepper, medium hot
- some parmesan
For the dressing:
- 2 part (s) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 part / s balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard, hotter
- Salt and pepper, whiter from the mill

- Wash and dry the spinach thoroughly, arrange on the plate.
- Peel and core the peach and cut into small pieces, add.
