  • 1 bunch May turnips (4 larger ones)
  • 150 ml water
  • salt
  • 200 g milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 bunch tarragon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the May turnips. If you want, you can peel them. Cut small. Boil in water until cooked the way you want, then drain.
  2. Whisk the milk with cornstarch and bring to the boil while stirring. Chop the tarragon and stir in. Season the sauce to taste and add the May turnips.
