• 70 ml coffee cream, 10%
• 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• salt and pepper
• sugar

Instructions

1. Mix together the coffee cream, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Add the oil drop by drop. Stir until the mayonnaise is firm.
