Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta your choice
  • 5 tomato (s)
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream, crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • some basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente as usual and let them drain. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut the tomatoes into cubes. Also dice the mozzarella.
  2. Put olive oil in a deep pan and heat. Add the onions and garlic and fry them lightly, then sprinkle the sugar over them and let them caramelize slightly. Add the tomatoes. Simmer briefly, then stir in the sour cream and season with a little pepper, a lot of salt and, if necessary, a little sugar.
  3. Now add the pasta to the pan and mix well with the sauce. Finally stir in the mozzarella and let it melt a little between the pasta. A final seasoning, take the pan off the heat and wait 2 minutes.
  4. Place on pasta plate and garnish with fresh basil.
